Music tool recommendations for someone with no musical talent?

I always join the 48-hour jam, so I can't ask for help with music stuff, for which I have no talent whatsoever. I always end up using https://onlinesequencer.net/ and banging together random notes in hope something not terrible comes out.

What tools would you guys recommend?

Yeah!

I don't have a cat, so I drew Sprigatitos! hope everyone can have fun in this ludumdare

I'm in

This will be my first time using Unity, I've spent the last week doing tutorials. I will probably be streaming on Saturday at http://twitch.tv/greenkingwashere. In addition expect a new blog post after the event on my website: http://gschafer.net/

Last minute composer recruiting!

Hello jammers,

Me and my bud are still looking for a composer for this jam, given that we are both awful at it and our usual options are busy.

You can check out our previous entries to see if you think we could be an okay fit / have the potential to work with each other, and if you are interested, hit me up on here or on discord at Peringo#6049! I usually have a certain style of music in mind depending on the idea, so depending on if you like that bit of direction or not we could work something out.

Thanks for the read, I hope everyone has a great jam!

Second time around

Yay for LD52 weekend, I've really been looking forward to this weekend. Excited for whatever theme it turns out to be, it's just really great being part of this wonderful and fun event and have the opportunity to play some really interesting games. Good times

Joining for the first time

Hi All,

Wanted to join LD in forever and trying to force myself to commit this time around :). Hoping to make a little 3d game in Godot. Good luck everyone.

Quick question about hosting source code

If submitting our source code for the Compo should we just have all the scripts up somewhere or should the entire project file be given?
