Lol... we got Harvest

This is my first ever game jam and I'm beyond excited to take part (as a musician!). I'm so curious to see what we all come up with in the end. Here's to a fun & wild jam - good luck!

I failed to come up with any creative ideas for Harvest when I saw it in the roster, so I guess I've gotta do that now :sweat_smile:

Hopefully you get some creative twists on the theme! Maybe a story based on harvest, instead of the mechanic?

Harvest... ha ha, sounds like a seeds for bloody slasher, or cute farm simulator))))

Too bad I failed to plant those for that theme...

I am currently struggling to think of ideas

I'm struggling to come up with ideas and regretting that I've never played a farm sim. But I'm super excited to see what everyone comes up with!!

After quarter of an hour's brainstorming, here's what I've come up with: you play as an inspector on a cargo ship, which is laden with the results of a recent harvest. There's evidence that someone attempted to tamper with the ship while it was in flight, so you need to figure out if they successfully poisoned the food, and if so, who the perpetrator and intended target is.

Sounds like it'll be quite similar to Finding the Lamb, my entry to LD43.
