Trouble with images
Hey, we uploaded our game ... but the images we choose do not show in the game page, what are we doing wrong?

Well ... this is ... I still don't know ... starting reviewing other projects in 3 ...2 ...1
We got really happy with the ludum dare results .... tbh I just saw them now like a couple of minutes ago ... and I must say, I am very happy with the result although it shows a very kinda obvious observation: we really lack good coders and people to help us with game design .... in all ludum dares so far all we managed to make were "non games", which is something I kinda like... when its intentionally made to be a "non game" ... in ludum dare though we always tried to make something fun, something to be played and enjoyed ... maybe if possible something a bit deep emotionally, but it was always a matter of trying to do something fun, but failing due to poor time management and lack of proper skills to do a really good piece of playable work ... Nevertheless, I am very very proud of what we managed to pull of this time, a very buggy, moody, artsy, musically rich thing, that got us 37 in the mood category ... next Ludum Dare, if any good coder wants to team up with us, we would be more than happy, so that we can do better in the other categories as well =) Thanks for everyone that played, rated and had a chance to see our work, we promise we will strive to deliver a better gamy thing next time ^_^

It was just awesome!
This is our work for LD45, an attempt on interactive poetry

Folks, this time we have made a project that came directly from the depths of our hearts, and hope it can reach yours too, so go to our page and give your sincere thoughts on what we have so carefully created, all feedback is deeply appreciated and we guarantee we will add some feedback on your games as well
A player created scene which we actually made our very favorite =)

Hi folks
lots of people have played our game this time and we could not be happier.
Its awesome to see that our art can reach other people and transmit the feelings we wish to communicate, it comes to show that games and interactivity have a great potential as a medium that can carry emotion.
We also know this experience we made here is far from perfect, it makes people click aimlessly to find hidden items and does not provide any form of tutorial or visual hint of what to do or where to go.
I have just played through it again and I confess that even as a developer of the game I could not find lots of the items I know I hid in the environment ... not because they are actually hard to find, but because the triggers to find them are confusing and sometimes, they do not even exist probably .... that was likely caused by how rushed it was to implement and fix the last details before submitting the game (we used literally every last minute to fix the most things possible)
That said, here are some items I know that are hidden and are either rare (according to our observation of others playing) or maybe impossible to find (which are bugs that ended up in the final version probably)
I will start with the first clue, which I agree its not that obvious

Its was quite rare to find people that complete this room (with the full verse in the floor and both sofas)

there is a computer in this room, and if you click on it you see the message "perhaps I can find help online", that is a really rare interaction

there is a fridge over which the penguin sits ... could not find the trigger to make it become visible though

also could not find the trigger to make the verse that rhymes with "places" appear ... it was supposed to be shown in the floor

Btw we are very thankful for everyone that has rated our game so far and we will make sure we rate everyone back! If you want us to play your game, just comment here and we will play and do our best to provide accurate feedback on it.
We should start playing games again tomorrow, so please send us all of your games!
Hi folks Lately playing our last Ludum Dare entry we also noticed there is plenty of possibility for poetry creation inside its mechanics and we want to explore more of that in the future evolution of this experience. Also noticed that although we have a core message we wanted to convey, due to some buggy point and click mechanics not all players were able to enjoy the full message. The core idea behind the child like poetry we made here was to create a metaphor for the sudden deep sadness that sometimes comes out of nothing and searches for us, making a path of destruction were it walks by, but also offering an opportunity to find comfort midst the chaos and then learn a bit more about how we can cope with it.
Here is a piece we put together with the sentences we found in the last part of the game

This is also an invitation for everyone to try this piece of work we made this Ludum Dare, hope you can enjoy our art, music and perhaps extract potentially interesting messages for life and what sadness means to you =)
Hi folks ... I recently saw that Ludum Dare rules allow for bug correction and then I wondered ... what is considered to be a "bug"? We have always follow the rule "no update after deadline", no matter how many bugs we got ... but apparently we don't need to be so strict on that ... what do you think, have you updated your projects to add bug fixes? We have lots of simple bugs that would take like minutes to fix, but decided not to update anything so far ...

Really looking forward to the next LD. Its gonna be awesome! I usually love abstract and open to interpretation themes so I am going with

Anybody without a team? We are considering partnering up with someone for the coding part, as usually its where we fall short.
Heeey can`t wait to start! We will all be ludum daring in quarantine from Brazil. Hopes are high for something good this time! Hope the theme is not "abandoned world" though ... would not know how to address that in a non obvious way ... lol
Hours later and we have made our very unique type of GDD.

It seems our main character just found us
