Finally got some inspiration!
After a good night's sleep and a few hours of having no clue as to what we wanted to do for this jam, we finally came up with an idea! Without revealing too much, we can safely say it involves a worm ;)

We actually managed to finish our game on time without too much stress this jam!

Feel free to give our game a go ;)

Hey guys! I know this isn't about Ludum Dare, but I thought this would be the perfect community to share this with! My fellow students and I created the initiative #Games4Australia. With this initiative we ecourage other developers to make small games to raise awareness and money for Australia!
Join our Discord to find people to work together with, or join by yourself!
So far, there are already 2 games, but we want to have tons to really gather an audience!
To contribute, me and my girlfriend made a game ourselves called Ember Rain! It's and endless runner where you play as a koala that is running from the fires. Please take a look and consider joining the cause!

Thank you for taking the time to read this! ^^
This Ludum Dare is very special. It's my birthday, there is corona and me and my girlfriend have finally got our own home! We got ourselves a whiteboard for stuff like gamejams and I'm super excited to start using it for the Ludum Dare! :D
Good luck to everyone, I'm excited to see everyone's take on the theme!

We've still got a huge todo list and our school is hosting an important meeting this afternoon, so sadly enough we won't be able to work on our game during that time ;; But we might still be able to finish it on time!
There are some things we still want to fix, but I'm very proud with what we've managed to pull off in such a short amount of time!

Come play The Chasm from your browser and let us know what you think!

Hey guys, I just woke up from a short night of sleep after finishing our game just in time!
I love that in this short period of time, a lot of people already played our game :D
Some people have run into some game breaking bugs though. I was wondering what the right way to handle this is. If I upload a version with the bugs fixed (today), do I swap it out for the original one or create a new one?
(I vaguely remember that game breaking bug fixes were allowed, but I'm not sure how exactly)
I'll do some research to the rules myself, but I thought I'd ask you guys first!
Enjoy your day everyone!
Well keep looking, because our game, The Chasm, is a 3rd person puzzle adventure game in which you explore the abandoned rooms of an old mine!

Check it out and leave a rating while you're at it ;)
Did I mention you can play it from your browser?

Me and @Oasez joined the Jam today with only 13 hours left to try and make a small little addition to the jam! Didnt get to finish nearly any of the content we had planned, but we had a blast working on it! We might work out the rest later :)
Good luck with the last hour everyone!!!
Night night, don't let Magical Michael bite ;)

I love more artistic / abstract / visual storytelling games. Can be poetic, chaotic, goofy, whatever! If you have anything like that, please send me a link and I'll try to check them all out! :)
And if you want to help us get enough ratings on our own silly little game, be sure to check it out here:

we made it in only 12 hours, so it isnt finished, but it hopefully still gives you a chuckle or two :)
Come say hello to Magical Michael and aid him in the summoning rituals!

Been a while since i've made a devlog post here, but wanted to share a little sneakpeak of the progress so far :eyes: Happy jamming everyone!

Oh boy do I still have a lot to do. I may have bitten off more than I can chew (like always  ), but it's finally starting to come together! Thought I'd take the time to write a quick blog post and share my progress so far :)

Would love to know what you guys think the game will be about based on this gif ;)
