For some reason 3 people found our game so lacking in humour they didn't even rate that category.. Could someone check out our game and find out why?

After a very hot submission day with some burning bugs the game finally seems stable (Please don't crash... please don't crash...!) So I felt that it was time to "Announce" it here :smile: We are very proud of our submission for LD42 and I hope as many people as possible will try it! (And don't break it..!)

We're super proud of our entry this time around, but would love some more constructive criticism. We're going into a proper game dev project now and would love to hear where we go right and where we go wrong. Too many commenters are too nice, which is nice, but probably because of wanting good reviews back. I won't butcher your games if you butcher mine, unless I think it deserves butchering :wink:

During Ludum Dare 53, we decided to try making a 3D game for the first time. This was my fourth Ludum Dare. It ended up being a 3D game with a camera on two axis. Which in effect made it a 2D game with more depth.

So, for Ludum Dare 55, we decided to go all in and make a proper 3D game. And so, history was made and Crystal Defence was summoned into this world.

We tried to keep the scope low, and take it easy during this jam, considering my partner is expecting our first child in a week or two :sweat_smile:

I am beyond please with the result and how much we were able to do in a very short amount of time.
