I wanted to use these cool farmer ants as main characters in my game. Grascutter ants cut of pieces of grass to use as fertilizer for their fungus crop. This fungus provides food for the whole colony. Sadly I did not manage to free up any more time than 2 hours this weekend so there will be no game but enjoy the video:

That was the initial idea and it looked cool right away. Making it into a game in stead of a cool graphic however took a few prototypes but I am satisfied with this infinite runner because it really makes use of the weird dynamics of the automata.
