I finally made a little level map with different areas. I still need to make this become an actual game. I need a proper main character, some enemies and some kind of goal in the game.

I'm in!
It's been a couple of years but it looks like I'll be able to join this LD!
This time I want to use the Godot Engine (I've tried it out, but not really made anything with it yet).
Some tools I might use: * Graphics / maps: Tile Studio / Tiled / PyxelEdit / Krita / PhotoImpact / GIMP * Sound / music: Nero Wave Editor / NoteWorthy Composer / Audacity

I'm in (sort of)
Instead of making a game for this LD (and possibly end up with yet another half finished project), I want to spend the time finishing my program Tile Studio II. This is a sprite / tile / map editor based on the old Tile Studio, but completely redesigned.
The program is pretty much finished, but I still have a long list of little things to do. And I need to start making some little example projects and video tutorials that show how to use it (I'm afraid new users might otherwise get frustrated). Also I need to write more export scripts for integration with different game libraries. And finally I still need to make a little website.

This is going to be a paid program, but there will also be a free version with some limitations that is very usable for smaller projects.

I had a nice rehearsal weekend planned with an orchestra and a choir, but unfortunately it was cancelled...
That does give me the opportunity to join the LD again after several years. I'll probably be using Godot and Aseprite.

Sint 2000 finished!
Sint 2000 is finally ready, you can download it here. To compile the source code, you’ll need to install Clean and the Clean Game Library.
This game won’t run in DOS, you’ll need Windows 95/98/ME with DirectX 3 or above. Also, your graphics card must support 16 or 32 bit color (at 640×480), it won’t work in 256-color mode. I hope most people will still be able to play the game!
It was good to have an entire month for this competition, I really needed it. Scripting those graphics in POVRay was a lot of work.
Enjoy!
