Hey, that was great fun!

Also, people seemed to like my game, at least a litte bit. And of course I realize there were not that many votes given to each individual game, and that nobody really cared about this kind of stuff… still I got some points and that makes me happy ! I even got some points for Audio, althoughthere was no sound at all… but it worked, apparently! ))

Anyway, to celebrate this, I made an update (with sound!) and an option to play online in the Unity player.

I’ll be in, but just for fun. There is no way I can ever come up with a decent game in 48 hours. I’ll just try, struggle and fail, but I’ll be a part of the LD and that’s all that counts.  I’ll use UNITY3D and programm in C#,  use COREL PHOTOPAINT and maybe GIMP for GFX, use SONAR 7 and BFRX for sound, adding maybe some of the musical instruments lying around here…

I did this for a warmup, might still need more warming up, though… (It’s pathetic… sorry!)

So let’s all have some fun and create some freaky stuff on the weekend ! XD

Why do people release post-compo versions right now?!? Doesn’t this really take apart the idea of the compo?

So I put on this post-compo stuff I worked on for just a little longer because the compo version was, like , rushed and incomplete, and stuff like that, and then

BAM !!! Post-compo it’s soooooooo much better and stuff…

It’s okay because if you rate, you only rate the compo version, ooooooooooooooooooooooooof course, like yeah, suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure……!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a thought, and I’m not making a F****KING POST-COMPO (which means AFTER THE COMPO like in WHEN IT’S OVER !!!!!) right now!

Hi there, just a noobie question…

On the compo site it says :

“IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to place in the final results, you NEED votes.”

It’s not like I could influence the number of votes given to my game in a significant way, but I was wondering HOW MANY VOTES you would aproximately need to place in the final results.

So just for my curiosity, does anybody know this ?

I made a little game for MiniLD#50, too. Took me some time, but here it is :

I thought it would be fun to demake a survival horror style game as a card game, and… it was fun!

Took a bit longer than I thought, but as I never tried to make this kind of game before, it was a good learning experience.

The game isn’t that bad, really… You might want to try it !
