I’ve had slight issues with time as I’m doing this from school… if only it were next weekend instead!! However that has not stopped me, and a couple of hours into development I’m looking like this:
Internet cookies for anyone who can work out the aim of the game so far!
P.S. Wow some of your stuff is awesome… so glad to be taking part! Good luck all!
Updated with some new sprites + enemy spawning… anyone know how to change the time value of InvokeRepeating when it’s still going??? A quick snapshot mid-game:

Yep, I’m done. After around 12 hours of dev time due to school, I have no more time this weekend and so have drawn it to a close, with a bit of a clumsy win condition. But hope people enjoy it!

Linux is here for Fireflies – thanks to everyone who’s played it so far, if there are any problems with the linux build please mention it, it’s my first time so not sure I included everything in the folder!

That’s right, I’m back baby!
Mini LD #58 is going to be an interesting challenge – a well thought out theme with lots of scope. I’ll be using Unity 5 and Inkscape, with creative direction partially from my sister… anyways, here are some initial screenshots:
So far, some graphics, a small amount of gameplay including a lever you can activate!
See you all on the dev floor!

For the second Ludum Dare in a row, I’m stuck at school. Buuuut I managed it last time, so why not this time too! I’ll give it a shot. Can’t wait to wake up at and find out the theme!
My main idea for this jam is to go with music/instruments as my weapon of choice – that’s right, the adventures of a brave bard. Whipping up a quick character rig and should have something to show pretty soon…
I started yesterday, just forgot to post this! At least it means you won't have to wait long to see my product, which as is typical of me, lacks gameplay but favours style :D
