Wanted to get an initial blog post out. This is the first jam of any kind for me. So why not go with the best? Will be using Unity and Blender with some GarageBand if I get that far.

Tons of "Loop" themes being squashed as well as the "Death is not the end", "Death is the beginning".

"Death is the middle" is the only one I didn't see and that's the best idea!

Final round of theme voting. This is where it gets real ... watching Twitch and seeing tons of people brainstorming against all themes ... thinking about the same, but I may just wait and trust in spontaneity :smiley:

Worst case scenario, it's about a stuck boat same as the rest.

Going to try for the full graphics from scratch, code from scratch, sounds from scratch, so expect a lot it to just be me recorded with Voice Notes :record_button:

I managed to get in for the Compo. That was crazy ... although I still slept and I had some hot tubs I probably didn't need ... but the game is done and now I'm just looking forward to trying everyone elses!

This was my first Ludum Dare and I really enjoyed it. I have played some truly amazing games and was stunned over and over by the creativity, talent and sheer amount of effort that everyone has put into their entries.

As per usual, I'm blown away! It's amazing what people create in 48 hours and how they interpret the theme. Unstable apparently had a lot of ways to look at it.

It seems like all day, every day, I just slaughter. Not that I'm against slaughter, but slaughtering can get repetitive, some days I'd like to hack and slash.
