I'm in for the Jam for LD39.
I am excited to participate in my second jam ever.
Let's Rock and Roll
So, this is my second ludum dare. Because I failed the first one, I'm already writing my base code.
My team and I are ready for another great Ludum Dare. Hoping to really make something that's fun this time around.
You can check out our previous Ludum Dare games at: https://mrerdalural.itch.io/
Hi everyone, this is my first time participate in Ludum Dare. I am here to get experience to develop a game in a team, that is why i am here looking for a team to join. Hoping someone can add me as your teammate.
Experiences: Im studying bachelor electrical and electronic engineering. I do learn programming from my course. I like develop game in the part of coding. I have gone through all the unity tutorials and practice C# on my own. However, i have not come out with a complete game yet.
Below is the software that i known
GAME ENGINE: Unity(Latest version) Graphics: Photoshop, Piskel MODELLING: Blender Audio:BFXR
Independent dev taking part in my first LDJAM using Unity.
I was sick last time and wound up just providing some art help to another team using my limited drawing abilities. I don't currently feel sick...
I'm taking the Friday and Monday off from game development to do some game development, and hopefully complete my fifth Ludum Dare game. I generally wind up making cerebral menu-driven experiences with lots of bugs, so this time around I want to do something a bit more traditionally game-like. Tools are:
Unity
Photoshop
3DS Max
Audacity
A couple guitars and an amp
A Wacom Intuos Pro
i'm in again!
I'll be using :
Unity
Blender
Gimp
Visual Studio community
Not sure about other tools :D
I have to say good luck to every one. This is my second Ludum dara and I am so pumped. for every one who's just trying this for the first time. Think small when building and vote on lots of other games(that was my down fall). I had no votes until i was on the last four days and i started voting and giving them feed back. then i jumped up to the minimum votes and I got around 790th place for overall.
I'm in for the second time, I missed the last one, but I was in Ludum Dare 37!
I'm using Unity, Photoshop, Blender (possibly if I use 3D), Bosca Ceoil, BFXR, and Visual Studio Community.
I can't wait to participate in the jam and see what other people create! So EXCITED!!!
Woot woot! Second LD for me :)
I learned a ton from my first LD (namely, i need more of a plan than what I did last time) and I am ready to rock and roll on this one. I will be using the following tools:
I'll be streaming the whole weekend and tossing updates on here and Twitter as the weekend progresses.
Super excited to see what everyone creates!
Third time participating in the Jam
We previously built Bureaucratic Deity Simulator 2018 And Steamjunk Racers Nine Thousand
We'll probably be using: * Unity * Blender/SketchUp if 3D, Asperite if 2D (more likely) * bfxr for sound unless we have someone doing sound again this time * some music program or Kevin MacLeod unless we have someone doing music again this time * Jenkins for automatic builds and pushing to itch.io (I'll probably set the server up early but all config for the game will be set up at jam time) * Anything else we need in the spur of the moment * Food
Excited to see all the interesting games everyone comes up with. Hopefully we have a smoother run this time.
This will be my first time at ldjam so i'm pretty excited! I'll use unity, ps, and pyxel.
It's my first Ludumdare and i'm excited!
We will be using: Visual Studio Community Unity Blender Gimp
This time I wish to make a game in fake 3D. I use GameMaker and I've only made 2D games so far... so this is gonna be something new...
I'll be using GameMaker Studio 2, MagikVoxel and freesound.org . I might try using beebbox.com and make something of my own if I have the time :D
It is the first time when I participate in this event. I'm excited. I would use the following software: UnityEngine, Paint.net, Pyxel edit and Boscaceoil. Good luck has all!
My last Ludum Dare was the 35th, and I am super excited to start again for the 39th!
Some tools I will be using are Unity/C#, Blender, FL Studio and Photoshop. I might have a friend with me so he can learn a little bit too :)
If you are in the lovely town of Corvallis, Oregon, or perhaps near it, or just willing to go there since I don't know of any meetup in Portland, come join us! We will meet upstairs from Market Of Choice (yes we will meet in a supermarket, they have a lovely conference room upstairs) on Friday evening, but we don't have the room reserved all weekend, so likely on Friday we will discuss where to meet for Saturday and Sunday.

There should exist a meetup link but the person in charge of facebook is not the same person in charge of meetup.
In addition to that, is the person in charge of the list of real world meetups, can they point me to where I should be posting this?
And after I said all that, I'm in! Will probably use Unity and the same old tools I always do, but who knows, I haven't made a game in Matlab or R yet. Maybe I'll surprise you!
Sorry for adding this so late (I forgot!).
