First of all, I'd like to point out that themes are supposed to be themes, not concepts. People tend to not see the difference, but it's actually quite big!
Concepts are usually really restrictive, and I feel like we'll see a lot of copycats. I don't want to play a jam where everyone makes the same game, so by default, I don't upvote concepts, I only downvote or ignore them.

Automation: I like this theme, but I feel like it's a bit too restrictive. You basically have to create machines or stuff to automate some process, or having a story about someone doing repetitive stuff...? Meh
Break the cycle: I really like this one. It's clever, it assumes that your game or story has a cycle, and you want to break it somehow
Control the environment, not the player: Game concept
Each playthrough builds on the last: I like this, but I fear that this cannot be executed properly in 48/72 hours. I'd be happy if it gets chosen, but the quality of the games might be really bad
Everything grows: I have no opinion on that one, it's neither good nor bad
It only changes when you aren't looking: Game concept
Sacrifices must be made: This one is ok, but I feel like it's a bit too vague, and I strongly prefer the "Take one, leave one" theme that basically implies the same thing while being a bit more interesting
Absorb your enemies: Game concept, would create lots of Kirby copycats
Darkness is your friend: Game concept, lots of infiltration games
Don't trust the game: Game concept, horrible design
Magic, but at what cost?: This one is ok. Basically the same as "Sacrifices must be made" except it implies that there's magic in your game which is a bit restrictive imo
Making connections: This one is pretty clever, connections can mean a lot of stuff, and I see great game concepts that could derive from this theme
One item, many uses: Game concept, this can lead to clever games, but this concept does not seem exciting at all
Take one, leave one: This one is my favourite. Gives a choice/lots of choices to the player, and I feel like this can only lead to good designs. I really want to see this!
Two connected worlds: Game concept, same as LD30, not interesting, not innovative
Evolve: Game concept, not innovative enough
