Lumira is not a guide. She does not speak. She does not interfere.

A mythical entity — the embodiment of Light and Creation. She is the origin of the Lumiric Language, a sacred system of symbols used to channel and stabilize the Lumiric Flame.

Some believe she is trying to help. Others believe she is simply… observing who is worthy.

Meet Kate, our main Dreamer. She’s small, she’s lost, and she’s desperately begging for a signal. We wanted her to feel fragile against the overwhelming darkness of Lumbra.

First time my wife is helping me with art in a game jam! She’s rocking it in Aseprite, and the game is coming to life in a way I couldn't have done alone.

Hey guys! The game is multiplayer — sorry for not explaining that clearly.

As a Dreamer, you need to reach Lumira (the blue fairy). She will give you the Lumiric Flame, which you must use to light a Bonfire so you can leave.

As the Shade , you need to sabotage the Dreamers and extract their Lumiric Flame until you fill up your bar.

It’s a multiplayer game: the first player needs to choose the Shade, then up to 4 other players can join as Dreamers.

Sorry, everyone! In the rush of these days, I forgot to explain how you can test the game if you're alone (I know most of you are just browsing through games solo!).

Since it's a 1v4 Multiplayer, if you don't have anyone to join you right now, you can still see the art and the mechanics by doing this:

The Double Window Trick: Just open the game Lumiric_Chaise.exe twice! Create a match as the Shade in one window, and then join as a Dreamer in the other.

Local Fun: It also works perfectly on Local LAN if you have another PC nearby.

We really put our hearts into the atmosphere and Kate's art, so even if you just run around solo for a bit, we’d love to hear your thoughts!

If you couldn't test our game before because of the build, the WebGL version is now LIVE.

Now it’s much easier to check out the game and the multiplayer mechanics. You don't even need another person: just open the game in two or more browser tabs to see the signal synchronization and the multiplayer in action!
