Hey I’m Liam, and I’m a music producer and composer/songwriter. Im not too confident with coding at all, bu still want to participate in this for the first time! If anyone wants to team up for the Jam, then email me at mocadium@gmail.com, I think this’ll be really fun to do!
This will hopefully be the first Ludum Dare I finish!
Ill explain more about my game later when i know more about what im actaully doing, but for now:
- Im Mocadium!
- Im using Gamemaker:Studio!
- Im using Pyxel Edit for art!
- FL Studio for music and FX (maybe a little BFXR)!
- Im working alone (with a little help from my fiancee)!
- Its my birthday today!

Again ill explain more when im less tired later on, but I spent most of today doing some art, then tonight working on code things like the canvas drawing!
Im also doing a timelapse of my whole jam, so hopefully it turns out well! Wish me luck!
I thouhg I'd do a little bit of an update before I get too tired! I didnt get too much done, because of my birthday, but i still did a few things.
To explain my game a littel bit more, you and a street advertiser for the local dollar store, and you, with no dignity, need to show your ad to everyone the streets! Bad news, you have an enemy.... The rival dollar store! Show you advert to the most people to gain the most customers to win!

This game is tough. Its very tricky to balance and make, well, "fun".

Wow, it fells good having finished my first Ludum Dare...
It wasnt the glorious game I was expecting, but a tiny short finished game nonetheless.
I got pretty lazy (actually really tired) towards the end unfortunately, but hopefully that dosent come across in the game itself. I really hope you like the game I made, even if its not much!
