I cant find the submit butoon and where i choose if i submit to the compo or jam?

i cant find the publish button and where i choose to submit to the jam or compo??

I am making a game for the jam, and i created a part from the graphics by myself and the rest i downloaded, do i need to opt out the grphics?? also i created the sound effects by myself but the music i dowloaded from an assest pack, do i need to opt out the audio too?

i participated in some jams before but its my first time participating in Ludum Dare, i realy enjoyed the procced and i want to participate aging in next times. i had a ton of fun!!
