I want to make a simple game using a language i coded already but i want to learn new language, to use:

 

  • Java or Lua?

Why not give both of them a try and decide for yourself? Open-ended questions like this will usually just get you biased and subjective answers.

I'm in at the LD40!! I'll be using Love2D as game framework and Aseprite/Inkscape for making the sprites. Also I'll decide later where I'm gonna make the music and sound effects will be made most likely in sfxr
