Creating this post to share a GIF from "Traffic Jam", a 3D driving game about going fast and destroying things to stave off road rage. There was a strong focus on refining the feel of the driving mechanics to the point that they felt good even without any additional features.

The themed mechanic is the RAGE meter, which fills up when you aren't flooring it and can only be reduced by ramming into obstacles. This damages your car, and if your car is destroyed, the drive will end.

The road is broken into segments containing heavy traffic, police checkpoints, and construction debris, to give some variety. You can freely change radio stations to hear the full music catalog and grant different buffs to your driving ability.
