I’m late, I’m late!

Just an update: I was meant to get my development environment set up. Haven’t quite done that yet.

On the plus side, processing away at the theme! Got a couple of preliminary ideas.

I decided not to go with VIM, nor PyCharm…instead, I’m giving Sublime Text 3 a try, in Vi mode! I feel like it will make the nicest lightweight Python IDE.

Pulling out of LD due to:

Life got in the way.

I COULD try to finish in time for the Jam but:

1. I don’t want to. I’d prefer to just make a game casually outside of Ludum Dare.

2. I’m not motivated to.

Or perhaps I’ll draw a snowman and call it a game. Apparently it’s a good enough substitute for the name of a theme.

Yeah, so decided it wasn’t really realistic to finish in 2 days, so I’ll be participating in the Jam instead!

I really need to find a mythical game jam that lies on a weekend where I have nothing on. (I have at least 10 of those a year, they just never seem to fall at the same time as a jam!)
