Well… I just finished platform basics and simple light engine 😀 That player is probably just temporary.

Well… I used random level generating. So.. I don’t need to think about level design now! :3

I just drawed first enemy! Now is time for some A.I … And… That will  be hard 😀 I never created AI for maze and platform game :D…

This will be hardest thing in this LD

Hi all!

Hi ! I just tried to download and play my game because everybody complained about difficulty. And… Yes.. It was hardcore 😀 There was typo in distance check script, and thanks to that player  spawned almost every time to group of enemies. Sorry for that guys.  If you want, you can re-download game and try to actually enjoy this game

(i asked on irc, and everybody said, bugfixes are fine )

I have just small info about my game… From some reason i used uncompressed audio… Wel i unchecked it now and game have cca 8 mb instead of 60 so… You can download game almost 10x faster XD

In my last LD i made a game called Ultimate Booter. I asking for feedback almost every day 😀 and i got him!  But, instead of re-making UBooter, i write it down in my mikublog and now, i used that ideas and feedback in my last game :

And… This game is much better than previous. Animations are better, jumping and gravity is flawless, but still… Game is NOT perfect for me…

You are most common monster in dungeon and you HATE it. So, you decided to find and kill human king and grab his crown. Luckily, human king is now in YOUR dungeon! So, goal of game is level up, find king and kill him. Best weapon probably is magic shot, stronger type of mutated shot or if you want little challenge, fire shot.

If you want biggest challenge ever, try to kill king with green slime. (Even i can’t kill king with green slime 😀 )

After lots of feedback, i decided to make another version of my game. I want thank to you guys, for playing and sharing your opinion with me.

So… What is new in From SLIME to KING 2.0.0 ?

Well… I make little changes in level up system. Is little more balanced. Enemies are little slower, so you can escape.  Attack and controls got BIG overhaul!

Attacking is not based on animation of attacking (i deleted whole attack animation) So, if you press shoot, you shoot instantly!  Controls are in Binding of isaac style now, and you can switch from right to left handed version

Well… Story was pretty neat. I really loved how main “hero” sees humans. Like bunch of stupid sheeps. That idea itself was pretty brilliant. If you liked strong stories, try this one!

Uhm… Long time ago i started to learning game jolt api… But… I AM IDIOT! So, after years, when i learned almost everything, i decided to create scripts for other idiots. ! You can make almost averything just with ONE line of code!

This is not gex or asset package. Just source with gj api scripts + some things for easy implement. Just download source and use it as base for your project or export / import resources. My english pretty sucks, but i still tried to make some help documets. I hope you understad 😀 (Help file have 8 pages 😀 )

I decided to write here too, because i played lots of game maker games here, and some really needs achievements! 😀
