It's been a long while since I did a ludum dare(before the site change I think)and with this being the 50th edition it feels like a good one to jump back in. I'm like 90% sure all possible interferences are out of the way, so let's go.

I'll be doing the compo and using Pico-8.

I didn't settle into this idea until noon. At any rate, I like where this is going.

After some deliberation, decided to "drop" the island/field metaphor and go for a more classical puzzle representation. The farms were cute, but a bit noisy and hard to parse. Time to get some sleep.

Barely finished on time. I'm happy with how Hyper Harvest turned out, even if it lacks a lot of polish. I'll take a long rest and then take a look at what you'll made.

From the feedback I got, I thought that I was going to get a good average in fun, but not that my overall would place higher than that. Consider this an invitation to give Hyper Harvest a try. I know it looks like the most basic kind of game, but it's funnier than that, especially if you enjoy arcade puzzlers.
