Question

Would you like read to blog more about making games on the LD51?

Stage One - idea

Different people and teams use different ways to generate ideas. This time we tried a new one and we really liked it! What is it?

  1. Each participant comes up with their own ideas.

  2. Each participant presents his idea.

  3. Each interesting idea is supplemented and discussed by each team member, and similar ones are combined.

  4. Games that are difficult to implement and those that poorly reflect the theme are removed.

  5. With the help of voting, the desired topic is selected.

This way of choosing a theme took us 5 hours, but the brainstorm justified itself and until the end of the jam we were sure that we were making an interesting game

Gif_2.gif And how did you generate the idea?
