Our initial game featured our dear Gio controlling two directions of car traffic and signaling pedestrians to begin crossing the street.

Cars would drive unless you whistled in their direction and Gio only had so much air in his lungs. We had a lot of fun coming up with pedestrian ideas (pictured: leathery old man running).

We got started almost right away but then Saturday morning we torpedoed our initial idea in favor of the roundabout structure. We probably could have made the first idea fun but the roundabout answered a lot of design questions and had a clearer path to fun.

We left a lot of ideas on the cutting room floor, but THE STORM was maybe the biggest disappointment. Each stage was supposed to hint at an impending storm and then Stage 4 the storm would arrive and dim the colors, further increasing the difficulty.
