Hello everyone, what are the rules regarding the use of AI in relation to programming? Is copilot allowed? Are heavier drugs like Claude AI permitted?

I couldn't finish on time, right in my first game jam. I mismanaged what I should have been doing and ended up wasting time on useless things. A huge feeling of frustration, but okay, I'll be better next time. Good luck to everyone!
