LD Retirement (30 LD's)

I didn't end up joining LD56 because I was busy with other things, and it was the first LD I've missed in a long time. My first LD was 24, I skipped 25 and 26, and from 27 onward I have participated in every LD up until now. That's a grand total of 30 LD's I've participated in, and it seems like a good round number to end on, so I'm officially retiring from the LD scene.

From now on, I'll be focusing on my own game development, but I'm still keeping the semi-constrained nature of a game jam with a new game dev series I started called "Dice Dev" (of which I currently have two episodes completed).

I appreciate being part of LD and definitely still encourage it for anyone wanting to get more involved in game development, as it teaches you a lot about the whole design and implementation process (and things like trimming elements or avoiding feature creep). I wish good luck to everyone in future LD compos and jams!
