My first LD was 24, I skipped 25 and 26, and from 27 onward I have participated in every LD up until now.  That's a grand total of 30 LD's I've participated in, and it seems like a good round number to end on, so I'm officially retiring from the LD scene.\n\nFrom now on, I'll be focusing on my own game development, but I'm still keeping the semi-constrained nature of a game jam with a new game dev series I started called \"[Dice Dev](https:\/\/youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLYrSlqXejz-MLwfVySxfEWbGS-5ioJVGI&si=oqMKPtBFz9LiaTXj)\" (of which I currently have two episodes completed).\n\nI appreciate being part of LD and definitely still encourage it for anyone wanting to get more involved in game development, as it teaches you a lot about the whole design and implementation process (and things like trimming elements or avoiding feature creep).
