Ludum Dare 42, here I come!
Ludum Dare 42 will be my first Ludum Dare... no wait, my first game jam in general. So, as you'd expect, I can't wait to jump right in. I've always wondered though: why are there so many 2D games? I mean, I have no problem with them, I enjoy them, but couldn't we be more creative?
I will be making my games using the following: 1. Unity (Been using Unreal for a while, but switched to Unity) 2. Blender (For 3D modelling) 3. Bosca Ceoil (For that nostalgic game music)
Is there something else I should use for the sound effects? I'm quite new to game development, so if you can, give some advice! :)
