Cool game! love the incorporation of the theme. Only suggestion i would make is that its a little dark. Overall nice work!

Nice jam. The jumping feels a bit weird though.

Nice idea, but I gave up after a few times :(

The controls were lagging a bit and I kept falling off or through the floor into a black space with no blocks anywhere - nothing happening, and no way to restart the game except for reloading the website or randomly accusing anyone and then getting the "play again" button.

![Screenshot from 2021-04-28 19-41-22.png](///raw/e32/e/z/41504.png)

In many places, I couldn't even see if there is anything else a few rows below me and just had to try and fall down blindly because I couldn't see as far down as I could have jumped up again.

I found the first red block/scroll but after that it was only running/jumping around until I fell down into some black area without a floor again.

I don't really understand how I'm supposed to solve it if I can't see where I'm going so I have to try blindly, but there's also no way to get back up again once I've fallen down into a place with no blocks.

sad to hear some lags :( i think Have Made the entire level in a box form so the floor can not finish you canot escape the level not sure about your lag

I played the game and tried to finish it but every time after I found the first clue the "Accuse someone" menu popped up, so I unfortunately never had time to get to the second clue!

I also saw that the colors for the menu changed and the scroll wasn't cut out perfectly

I did enjoy the idea and honestly would have loved to finish it!

Controls were a bit buggy and I kept getting stuck on the walls. Nice idea though, creative!

Fun! I encountered a bug that it would sometimes force me to guess the culprit after only one clue. (The next time I jumped with space.) Also was a little confusing to navigate but I imagine that's the point lol. Maybe you could add a minimap or something just so we can have a better understanding of where we are?

An intriguing idea, but the "mystery" fell flat for me. I played through twice to get a good idea of how it worked. I initially thought I would be doing a logic grid kind of puzzle (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logic_puzzle), but I just had to pick up the scrolls then make a 50/50 guess.

The concept of combining a mystery game with a platformer is interesting. That said, the platformer needs work. The camera is far too zoomed in, given your jump height.

Overall, I liked the concept here, and I hope you take the time to develop it further.

I like mystery games and this story caught my attention. Unfortunately it is a game so short that the plot has no time at all to develop into something more intriguing. My suggestions are the same as many previous commentaries: the camera is so close to the character you barely can see your surroundings. The jump is too high, and the map is too dark. Could use a little more work in the graphics. The concept idea for your game is great, with some changes it would become something very interesting. Congrats!

I enjoyed your game. The amount of the level visible in the camera felt too cramped. The killer was eggha… sh…. “I think he died writing this note.”

yes @hijomo this is definitely a thing I will need to fix but I can't edit it since it won't be fair

I really like what you have going on here. Our team wanted to do a mystery as well and we strayed from it on the basis that you need a lot of time to really get the audience into something very intricate and story driven. This game definitely has the basis for it but with more time, I feel you could push the idea even further

Unusual combination of genres, but I guess it works  At first the Acuse Someone menu showed up occasionally when I pressed space, luckily this issue was fixed after reload. I would have wished there would be a bit more deduction necessary and the 50:50 chance at the end could be a bit depressing. Nice entry!

i think according to all feedbacks the 50/50 should be more easier like 20/80 or 30/70 tell what you guys think about it
