LeapLash by Maumau

● The game:
In LeapLash you are an invincible bouncy jelly ball. And your objective is to keep a giant heart safe from some froggy aggressors.
You will fight an infinite horde of enemies, that will increase in amount over time.
Killing those enemies will grant you Power. The more power you collect, the stronger you will become!
The game will finish when the enemies manage to destroy the heart.
● Gameplay elements:
- Keep it alive.
- You are unstoppable.
- The more you kill the stronger you get.
- Tricky to control.
● Game Controls:
- (HOLD) Left Click to move towards the cursor's position.
- (Press) Right Click to boost yourself towards the cursor's position. (1 sec cooldown)
● How to play:
- Run over enemies to harm them. Kill them before they destroy the heart.
● Features:
- Original Assets.
- 4 different types of enemies with different types of attacks.
- Physics... A LOT.. almost literally on everything. (CPU friendly)
- A chaotic amount of bullets.
- Hard controls, meant to make the feeling of becoming stronger more meaningful.

● Identified Issues:
- If you move way too fast it will go trough collisions and clip out of the map.
- (Post-Jam) Hits can sometimes not trigger.
● After Jam Fixes:
Released an after-deadline version that just tweaks the player's movement a little, fixing the main issue that was being pointed out in the comments, the tweak is minimal, it just fixes the broken controls the original had. Download below.
No new features were added, just tweaking.
Downloads are separated, that means the patched version is completely optional, you can still play the original jam build if you want.

- Cursor Image, because at many times I lost where my cursor was and I had to extremely move the mouse towards some direction.
- Increase health feature, maybe that some stronger enemies have probabilities to drop a heart and increase the giant heart health.

Art is nice, i like the beach atmosphere. You seem to somhewhat hold a grudge against tomatoes?
I didnt understand at first that the sword and little pink dots were actually from me and not the ennemies, and when i did i started to have some fun with the ambient chaos, because i understood better what i did.
