Hey all, decided to go with an angry birds style launcher game.

For the theme part i went with an old style trebuchet rock launcher.

I originally tried to do this game in 3D with unity primitives, i managed to make a few levels, but the game was so slow and trashy i had to switch to 2D sprites.

I didnt manage to get any work done on audio, im feeling a bit under the weather to do sound effects.

Ive never done a game where i launch projectiles at other objects so this was a good learning experience.

Good game physics and nice cartoon graphics art. The game will improve a lot with a better menu system and some enemies or power-ups.

I applaud the physics. I found the controls not so intuitive, a lil explanation at lvl 1 would be nice.

Nice game. I like the simple sidescrolling graphics. It's fun to shoot 2 rock after each other and watch the destruction.
One thing I suggest is few different blocks. Not just the one same. Maybe make them stronger ( 2 hits = destroy ) or weaker.
Maybe add them some cool properties / colors.
Also a fun thing would be if you add a "cheat mode" and allow you to hold space and just spam rocks !! :D

Nice angry birds type game! A couple of improvements: Some music would be nice, maybe even just sound effects (I realized the time constraints and the comment in the game description about the audio situation) and I feel like having the space bar change the power level depending on how long you hold it would have been smoother. Other than that, nice work for 48 hours.
