So I had a few ideas. Ended up going with a platformer :D
I ended up spending most of my time on code for the cutscenes and the platformer state machines, and I didn't get to do the levels after the opening cutscene. So it's just an opening cutscene where things don't go so good for you.
I think the platforming feels good, it's just a shame I didn't make any levels to really take advantage of it.
JawsJS was a trooper in the whole experience. Highly recommended.

I'm an ImpactJS user, but I'll have to check out JawJS. Cheers!
1.) it doesn't feel as rewarding to dodge him
2.) getting hit by him causes "oh, come on! >:(" moments
