Deciphering my thoughts on our first ever jam

Hey everyone! Hope you are having a great day! I certainly am.

Rating is still going, but overall, I just wanted to share my thoughts on this expirience me and the team had while developing our first game!

WE'VE NEVER MADE GAMES BEFORE

Of course, we've played a lot of video games, but most of our team had never made anything, well, proper. Only one of us participated in jams earlier, our wonderful programmer Constantin. Thanks to him and KavaniStones this project is working! And this was no easy task, as you may know)

As a team lead and game designer, I made mistakes. And they almost cost us a game here! Ambitions, countless ideas and simplest errors in crafting general mechanics of the game are, well, beginner's mistakes. And that's AWESOME! Thanks to that I've learned a lot and, when we finally tested the game, wrote down tons and tons of comments on the game's flaws.

THANK YOU

Now, I want to say another THANK YOU to our artists. They've crushed it! I believe, despite some things not working as intended, our art is our strongest side, so let's give'em credit for it! Crustery and Miramarimi are wonderful and very creative artists, with strong vision and exquisite time management skills)

I also want to thank YOU, FELLOW DEVELOPERS AND GAMING ENTHUSIASTS! Thank you for inspiring us to continue making games! Thank you for your awesome projects! I am having a lot of fun playing games here at LD!
