We were kinda prepared for it by doing weekly meetings. Also many of us (6\/7) were LD first timers.\nIn foresight I already excuse my bad English since I\u2019m not a native speaker.\n\n![tla0.png](\/\/\/raw\/dd5\/2\/z\/2965.png)\n\n**Expectations\/Reality**\n\nE: quick prototyping \n\nR: quick development of single parts but sloppier merging than a pickled herring\n\n\nE: coordinated balancing & debugging \n\nR: testing like 4 year olds high on sugar (I COULD TEST THIS TOO!!! (hasn\u2019t even finished the last test..) \n\n\nE: non-frequent participants may interrupt the workflow\n\nR: dependent on day\/nighttime + general motivation (sorry guys for fooling around <3)\n\n\nE: autonomous working\n\nR: this actually worked pretty fine until a higher level of complexity hit most of us.. (we remained strong though, and gained back power after caring for our bodies )\n\n\nE: doing a lot of playtesting\n\nR: Error 404: playtesting not found.\n\n**Pros and Cons of our experience**\n\n*Pros:*\n-\ttons of new things, much learned \n-\tfun creating a game with joined efforts\n-\tdid very good for our bodies\n-\treached our aim (finish a complete playable game in 72h)\n\n*Cons:*\n-\taggressive tensions towards the end\n-\ttoo many people leading to too many ideas\n-\tpeople not knowing what to do\n-\tinsufficient preparation \nAlthough we hate and love each other at the same time most of the cons root in the preparations and insufficient communication.
