Hey everyone, I’m Alex and this is my first serious Ludum Dare. I haven’t been making games for very long but I feel like I’m skilled enough now to actually participate and make something good so here goes nothin’.<\/p>\n

I’m making a game that sorta resembles Dig Dug. The player will dig deeper and deeper into the earth in search of\u00a0ancient technology<\/strong> and will encounter older and older objects the deeper they go. At first they’ll find modern technology (cell phones, plastic containers, etc.), then older tech, then ancient tech, and then finally maybe something crazy at the very deepest levels. Along the way the player will earn money for the things they discover, which will in turn allow them to dig even further below.<\/p>\n
