My name is Christian Sch\u00e4l and I like to code games. I\u2019ve been visiting, playing and commenting Ludum dare since last year, but never participated in one. Most common reasons: Not enough time, was on vacation, school pressure, \u00a0and also once a lack of motivation and ideas.<\/p>\n
But not now! I am really looking forward to participate in this Ludum Dare.<\/p>\n
Something about me? Oh yeah:<\/p>\n
I am a 15 year old boy from Germany and started programming games in the age of nine or ten. My first steps started in batch and VB Script, but after some time I started working with Visual Basic. I felt awesome when I finished my first \u201creal\u201d game in VB called \u201cEarth Invaders\u201d. Like space invaders. Some levels, bosses and\u2026 a game.<\/p>\n
With the age of 13 I realized VB is not the best language for making games. I gave C++ and, after some failed attempts, Java a chance. I was terrible. But I never gave up (sounds like in a movie right? (; ) and with the age of 14 1\/2 I finally finished a game written in Java.<\/p>\n
Since then I was getting better and better in making games.<\/p>\n
So, that was my part. Now tell me a bit of you. Oh right\u2026<\/p>\n
