Ok\u2026so I\u2019ve rated 133 games so far, and I reviewed a dozen of them on my blog. Time for a break.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m very grateful to all the people who recommended some games on the Ludum Dare frontpage and allowed me to discover some jewels, so I\u2019m gonna do the same.<\/p>\n

Of course, a lot of my favourites already got 100+ ratings and it would be stupid to recommend them one more time, so I\u2019ve decided to present 15 games with less than 50 ratings and which deserve to be played. (The order is not important)<\/p>\n

On a previous post, Madball explained how he rated the games, and that was very interesting, especially because I myself rated games quite differently. So maybe some people will be interested by my own rating grid\u00a0:<\/p>\n

Here are the categories, by order of importance according to me\u00a0:<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Innovation<\/strong>\n1\u00a0: This game is a total ripoff, I blame you for that (never used)<\/p>\n

2\u00a0: This game is nothing more than a platformer\/shooter ^^<\/p>\n

3\u00a0: Ok\u2026you got some good ideas.\n4\u00a0: That is clever\u00a0!<\/p>\n

5\u00a0: MIND BLOWN\u00a0! (when I give 5 in innovation, I automatically give 5 overall)<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Theme<\/strong><\/p>\n

1:No link with the theme\n2: Easy use of the theme (only introduced in a single sentence, or in the title for exemple)<\/p>\n

3: Fits the theme, but meh\u2026not very cleverly<\/p>\n

4: A rather original approach of the theme<\/p>\n

5:A unique approach of the theme<\/p>\n

Mood<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\u00a0: \/<\/p>\n

2\u00a0: I see what you\u2019ve tried to do, but you obviously failed<\/p>\n

3\u00a0: Meh.<\/p>\n

4\u00a0: You made me smile\/cry\/rage\u2026etc<\/p>\n

5\u00a0: I was so in your game that I forgot I was playing a game<\/p>\n

3\u00a0: I didn\u2019t notice the graphics, that means they\u2019re good enough.<\/p>\n

4\u00a0: You put a lot of efforts into your graphics<\/p>\n

5\u00a0: Graphics fits perfectly with the game, even if it\u2019s only three pixels on a screen<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Audio<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\u00a0: \/ (no audio, I don\u2019t rate)<\/p>\n

2\u00a0: There is some audio, but honestly, it would be better without it<\/p>\n

3\u00a0: There is audio, and it is not annoying.<\/p>\n

4\u00a0: Great audio or\/and great music<\/p>\n

5\u00a0: Audio is part of the gameplay<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Overall <\/strong><\/p>\n

Most of the time, Overall is the better value between Innovation and Theme, but is could be lowered if something really suck. I would never give 5 overall to someone with 1 or 2 in Theme or Innovation. On the opposite, if you\u2019re a cool guy, overall could be raised by 1, that\u2019s not voluntary, but I know it counts.<\/p>\n
