The latest in the continuing legacy is Seth \u201cmrfun\u201d Robinson\u2019s Mind Wall<\/a><\/strong> from Ludum Dare 14. Mind Wall<\/strong> is on it\u2019s way to China for the inaugural Independent Games Festival China<\/strong> competition.<\/p>\n

Mind Wall<\/strong> was created for the 14th Ludum Dare\u2019s theme Advancing Wall of Doom<\/strong>, and took place in April of this year. Seth has since improved on his Ludum Dare entry, and even ported the game iPhone<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

One of our favorite Mind Wall<\/strong> moments has to be this youtube video recorded by a player. His girlfriend captured this tense and tender moment as he conquered<\/em> the unforgiving beast that is the Mind Wall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So hey, Ludum Dare. Not bad \u2018eh? First it was Phil<\/a> and I<\/a> at the IGF Mobile<\/a> in March, Lexaloffle<\/a> at the TGS Sense of Wonder Night<\/a> last week, and now mrfun<\/a> at IGF China<\/a>. Not to mention our record breaking 123<\/strong> and 144<\/strong> entries the past 2 compos. A fantastic year for us all.<\/p>\n

Lets keep that going!<\/p>\n

The Independent Games Festival<\/strong> and Independent Games Festival Mobile<\/strong> are now accepting entries for 2010. We\u2019d love<\/strong> to see more of you keeping this little streak of ours going. Both competitions require an entry fee, and for you to provide your own travel if you make it. But if you ask any finalist, they\u2019ll tell you that attending is totally worth it<\/em>. \":)\"<\/p>\n
