While I’ve been slowly learning OpenGL (SuperBible, 5ed FTW) and Scala with the intentions of playing with LWJGL, in the interest of time, I’m planning to make a web game.

So I’ll be learning Canvas and trying out CoffeeScript. I may use a few libraries, possibly jQuery (it’s a staple, though not as useful for Canvas), SoundManager, and I believe there is a JavaScript incarnation of Box2D. This is just for fun, so I’ll open source my code and host it on GitHub. I voted for Cheating Death, Cloning, Isolation, and Skyscrapers. I think isolation would be challenging, and cheating death may have interesting results. Thought of a slightly amusing idea for a puzzle game.

This will definitely be a learning experience.
