Noob here. I’ve been watching you guys since last 2 ld48s. I thought I may dive in this time.
I’ll be using Flixel/Flash or  Unity3D  depending on the theme.

I may make pixel art and sprite sheets or textures for 3d models on photoshop

I’ll be using Blender for 2.4 for 3d modeling if I go 3d.

And SFXR or AS3SFXR for sound effects
