I’ll give it a shot.

First timer here.  I start lots of game-related projects, but rarely finish them. I tend to spend most of my time writing the framework or engine for a game, and by the time I’m actually getting down to writing the game, I’m spent.  Hoping a compo like this will help me break that nonsense.
