It is that if you rate a game +1 coolness. However, if you rated games too early, like when it was submission hour for the compo, you don’t get coolness. If you rated after submission hour ended where you could select stars, its probably a bug. After the compo ended I started playing and rating a good amount games. I definitely rated 30+ and still plan to keep rating. However my coolness rating hasn’t gone up at all. It is still at 0.
