I wish man. I wish they would collect language and framework and engine info and they let you search on them to find specific games written in language x or using framework y or using game engine z.

Yeah sfernald I agree, then we could grab the source that was relevant to us and look at particular types of games we’re particularly interested in e.g. web. Perhaps we could suggest this to the LD admin folks? Alternatively if I could get read only access to the DB perhaps I could pull that info out for everyone.

Yeah, one problem what doing that is that at the moment there’s no defined list of names of platforms games have to be (you just type it in yourself) so people might choose different names for the same platform. Also, web-games might become too biased.
