Language: Python with Pygame and my currently unfinished library<\/a> for making grids on surfaces. I will use Cx_freeze for compilation.<\/p>\n

Image editing: Paint.net<\/p>\n

Sound: BFXR and possibly some other thing for ambient music.<\/p>\n

IDE: Either IDLE or Eclipse with PyDev depending on my mood. I switch between them frequently.<\/p>\n
