This is my first competition like “Do this as fast as you can”. Maybe I can not not finish on time, but will do my best!! 😉
Well, the tools:
Language: Haxe;)
“IDE”: Notepad + +
Lib: HaxePunk.
Graphics: Inkscape, Gimp, Paint.net, pyxel.
Music: LMMS, Sound Club.
SFX: Do not know yet …

If you’re on windows you could use Flashdevelop in stead of Notepad ++. It’s got Haxe as well. Even on such a short notice I would consider it.
