Text Base Adventure Game for LD

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if we are allowed to make a text based game for the ludum dare?

I am going to be using python with pygame and was wondering if it was okay to use just text in the game.

I will have stuff like inventory and choices and maybe ascii graphics and sounds, but I just wanted to make sure that it was okay!

Yeah dude! You can make a board game if you want to! you just have to make a game. Have fun,can’t wait to see your game!

I’d be strongly surprised when I’d see real life footages about a board game. 馃榾
