So, I’ve made good progress on my game over the past four-ish hours. It’s working title is Corrupt-O-Pong, and I think I might stick with that. It’s Pong, but every time the ball hits a paddle a random weird event (corruption of the rules of Pong) happens. For example, maybe the camera will start zooming in and out, or start spinning, or your controls will invert, or the paddle will shrink or grow. Right now I essentially have normal Pong, minus sounds, score, ball reset, and AI, but all of those should be pretty easy to implement besides AI. I also still have to so all the weird effects, and menus, as well as make the sounds and music. Thankfully, I think there’ll be minimal art necessary. I intend to jump on the “juicing” trend as much as possible. Hopefully it’ll turn out good.<\/p>\n
