Content generators are explicitly allowed in the compo, so makehuman and NeoTextureedit are ok. Gimp, Blender, etc, are tools. I&#8217;ve not used Mecanim yet, but reading the blurb it&#8217;s an animation tool that also has canned animations. The tool is OK, but for the compo the canned animations would be against the rules. The standard textures, water, and skyboxes are also content that should be off limits for the compo. Pretty much any content in the unity asset store would be off limits for the compo.
