ALERT THE MODS!<\/p>\n

Stupid “bug” or otherwise implementation problem in Ludum Dare’s site.<\/p>\n

First, there are two<\/del> three (WTF?)\u00a0profile pages:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/?author_name=insert_name_here<\/li>\n
  2. http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/category\/ld-29\/?author_name=insert_name_here<\/li>\n
  3. http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/author\/insert_name_here\/<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n

    The problems are:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. On the first one, the trophies appear, but the links to your games don’t work, they are all like “http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/ludum-dare-29\/?action=preview&uid=insert_game_id_here<\/span>” instead of “http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/ludum-dare-29\/?action=preview&uid=insert_game_id_here<\/span>” as they should be (they are missing the “compo\/”)<\/li>\n
    2. On the second one, the links work, but the trophies don’t appear<\/li>\n
    3. On the third one, both the trophies and the links work<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n

      Depending on where the link to your profile appear, you will be sent to a different URL:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. I forgot where the first URL appears in a link, but it’s there somewhere<\/li>\n
      2. In your game’s “view author profile” link, you will be sent to the 2nd\u00a0URL<\/li>\n
      3. Clicking in\u00a0Ludum Dare posts author names, like the drnick above this text, will send you to the 3rd URL (the correct one)<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n
