So I got off to a rough start narrowing down my theme and gameplay scope – but I’ve finally settled on a space shooter called Bounds of Space. After reading PoV’s post on “Hating the theme” I got some inspiration to incorporate the theme of Boundaries into the technical limitation of ‘Entire game in one screen.’<\/p>\n

So what I have thus far is the beginning of a snazzy asteroids clone with 3 different classes of ships. The goal is to have more weapons, upgrades, and alien ships introduced, as well – and perhaps an online leaderboard.
