Hey everyone! This is our fourth Ludum Dare, and the second with my friend & musician Chris (@fenixtao<\/a>). We made a super video-gamey video game – with high scores and waves of enemies and all that jazz – and this classic foundation allowed us to polish and experiment more easily than in previous jams. We used the concept of ‘entire game on one screen’ to play around with the idea of permanence over the course of a game, and the result was the creation of hazards that persist through the five waves of enemies.<\/p>\n
