More than that, not without a work related to LD. In fact, I’ve developed a framework to help me (at first and others in a close future) program a game as quickly and easily as possible.

So, let’s introduce what I will use for the LD32 :

Framework : EasyLD (In development : https://github.com/Goutye/EasyLD ) (Compatibility : Löve2D & Drystal)
Game Engine : Drystal ( https://drystal.github.io ) (Lua game engine)
Sound effet : SFX and my beautiful voice
Music : a mix between some known software and own compositions (A song with my voice like the last one? Ahah)
Graphics : Paint.net, Gimp, Crayon & paper

For EasyLD, the project is not really finished. I need to test the framework with a game, as deeply as possible and see what is missing in EasyLD.
Consider it a beta version.

For Drystal, it’s a game engine developed by a friend named kidanger. He made some games with it ( http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-30/?action=preview&uid=15611 for example ). The best thing in Drystal is the way to make your game avaiable online via JS, and automatically. (Love2D is limited to windows/linux/mac release. No web release is possible)
That’s why I am using it, but not only for that. Drystal is magic 😮

Then, see you soon for my third participation in Ludum Dare!

April 12th, 2015 3:36 pm
Good things come in threes : Third participation!"}
